Is Dittany Baby CPSIA compliant?    YES!:

Although the CPSC has announced a year delay in certain testing and certification requirements Dittany Baby feels it is our responsibility to you the consumer and our customers internationally to continue with our testing and certification on schedule and to the full extent that the CPSIA requires. 

What is CPSIA? 
Congress passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) in August of 2008 in response to the recent increase in reports of lead, toxins, and choking hazards in childrens products. The new law requires third-party testing on all items produced for children less than 12 years of age for lead, phthalates and choking hazards.  This new law also requires permanent labeling of each item with a date and batch number.
